Rolling Hills Speedway Biography
Rolling Hills Speedway is a backyard go kart race track. It’s a place for everyone just to have fun with friends and family and to have a good time racing go karts. Rolling Hills Speedway was established and built by Charles Carr in the early 2000's. The track is located on the country side of the small town of Roxboro, NC. Rolling Hills Speedway is the place where friends, and family gathered around to have a little fun with the sport of go kart racing for a little over 10 years ago and then is when unfortunately a flood came through the city of Roxboro and completely wiped out the track and that’s when the track was shut down for a few years.
As Charles was unsure if he wanted to get the track back up and running again, he made the decision to try to get the track pieced back together again and after all the hard work and the time it took to rebuild the track, Charles then decided to reopen the track. Rolling Hills Speedway has been reopened for about 4-5 years now and has had some good racing on it since and our racing family has only grown and continues to grow each time we have a race day at the track.

Our Mission here at Rolling Hills Speedway is to ensure that everyone that comes to the spend their spare time with us at Rolling Hills Speedway, always has a fun and safe experience at the track to race as well as comes out to watch and enjoy some good, clean and most importantly SAFE racing with a little competition and competing.
